Everyday I prepare healthy and balanced meals made from fresh ingredients’ have a weekly delivery of organic farm vegetables and fruits, I only use good quality ingredients, I make my own bread and as we drink freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice my juicer is used daily. I offer a variety of dishes from around the world for the pleasure of your child's taste buds. I am happy to discuss menus with parents and cater to children with food allergies and cultural/religious requirements. If your child has any particular favourite dishes or dislikes please let me know. I am happy to support you if you are weaning your baby I can make my homemade purees if you wish or I can feed your baby any food you would like to provide. My menu is always changing but here's a taste of what I will serve in a typical week:


Brekfast

Healthy variety of cereals with hot or cold milk
Porridge serve with different fruits
Natural Yoghurt with home-made compote or selection of mixed seeds
Freshly made smoothies or juice (different fruit and veg selection)
Home baked bread toasts with avocado and smoked salmon/or smoked mackerel fish
Selection of eggs: scrambled, poached, boiled served with baked beans and seasonal veg
Fruit salad
Tea, milk, juice or water
