Food and Nutritions

Everyday I prepare healthy and balanced meals made from fresh ingredients’ have a weekly delivery of organic farm vegetables and fruits, I only use good quality ingredients, I make my own bread and as we drink freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice my juicer is used daily. I offer a variety of dishes from around the world for the pleasure of your child's taste buds. I am happy to discuss menus with parents and cater to children with food allergies and cultural/religious requirements. If your child has any particular favourite dishes or dislikes please let me know. I am happy to support you if you are weaning your baby I can make my homemade purees if you wish or I can feed your baby any food you would like to provide. My menu is always changing but here's a taste of what I will serve in a typical week:

Healthy variety of cereals with hot or cold milk

Porridge serve with different fruits

Natural Yoghurt with home-made compote or selection of mixed seeds

Freshly made smoothies or juice (different fruit and veg selection)

Home baked bread toasts with avocado and smoked salmon/or smoked mackerel fish

Selection of eggs: scrambled, poached, boiled served with baked beans and seasonal veg

Fruit salad

Tea, milk, juice or water

 

Lunch

Baked potato with different feelings

Selection of sups (tomato, celeriac, mushroom, vegetable)

Pasta with home-made pesto, olives, tomatoes, mushroom and parmesan cheese

Grilled aubergine with feta cheese and home dressing serve on toasted pita bread

Fish fingers with peas

Meatballs with tomato sauce and pasta/ or meatballs serve with mash potato and beetroot

Mini Cesar salads

Homemade pizzas

Chicken dippers with homemade Maple mustard mayo and tomato sauce

Salmon fishcakes

Vegetables tortillas

Sweet potato Chips with cream fresh

Grilled turkey fillet serve with broccoli and roasted buckwheat groats

Vegetable and sesame seeds noodles

Lamb and mint Koftas with pilau rice and tatziki
